Cancel & Pause Policy

At Toner-Dog, we believe in flexibility and transparency. Our subscription program is designed to make toner replenishment easy — without long-term contracts or hidden penalties.

Subscription Minimum

Some subscription plans include a minimum number of required deliveries in order to receive the discounted subscription pricing.
The minimum requirement, if applicable, is clearly shown at checkout.

Once the minimum number of deliveries has been completed, you may cancel or pause your subscription at any time.

Pausing a Subscription

After the minimum delivery requirement (if any) has been met, you may pause your subscription through your customer account.
Pausing temporarily stops future deliveries and billing until you choose to resume.

Canceling a Subscription

After the minimum delivery requirement (if any) has been met, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.

There are:

No cancellation fees
No penalties
No long-term commitments

Cancellation takes effect for future orders only. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Changes to Upcoming Orders

Before an order is processed, you may:

Change delivery frequency
Update quantities
Update payment information

Changes must be made prior to the scheduled billing date shown in your account.
