Return Authorization Required

All returns and exchanges must be authorized prior to shipment.

To request a return or exchange, email support@toner-dog.com with your order number, serial number and reason for return. Serial number example is below.  Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions.

Items returned without an approved RMA number may be refused.
